What it is
Non-aortic aneurysms — splenic, renal, hepatic, mesenteric — are often found incidentally. Selected ones are treated by coiling or covered stents to prevent rupture, preserving the parent organ where possible.

CT angiography, MRA, or catheter angiography.

Treatment
Micro-catheter coiling, embolic plugs, or covered stents are chosen based on aneurysm neck, location, and parent-vessel importance.
